What moves a price up
The rates above assume a standard residential site with clear access. These are the things that change the number.
- Steep gradients, sloping ground or hard clay subsoil that needs machinery
- Restricted, narrow or steps only access to the work area
- Engineering design, architectural drafting or Auckland Council consents
A 50% deposit is required before a project starts, with the balance paid on completion.
