Pristine Exteriors Ltd ("Pristine Exteriors", "we", "us") collects and handles personal information in line with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020. This policy explains what we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you use the quote form, call, or email us, we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, suburb, and whatever you tell us about the job. We do not collect anything else through this website, and we do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Why we collect it

Only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a site visit, prepare a quote, and carry out work you engage us for. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list without you asking.

Who else sees it

Your enquiry is delivered to our own email inbox. We use standard hosting and email providers to run the website and receive messages, and some of those providers store data on servers outside New Zealand. We only share your information with a third party where it is needed to do the work you have engaged us for, or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and job records for as long as we need them for the work, our business records and our tax obligations, then delete them.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask for a copy, and ask us to correct anything that is wrong. Email info@pristineexteriors.co.nz or call 021 239 4767 and we will sort it.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No system is perfect, so please do not send us anything highly sensitive through the website form.

If this policy changes we will update this page. If you have a concern we have not resolved, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.
